This isn’t a Digital Life error, just wanted to show you what experts (Mark Williams, Senior VP and general manager for Asia-Pacific, Acision) think telcos should do: sign consumers up for UNLIMITED data plans and then try to charge them again if they dare to use too much. Failing that, “choke” their service. Pretty words.
